Special Events & Private Parties

Catering and Events are opportunities for us to work more closely with our guests, opportunities for us to share in your celebration! Over the years we have hosted our share of baby or bridal showers, graduation parties, business socials, art shows, poetry, open mic nights, and even a wedding or two! During a venue, we can even have an open bar of coffee and food, so that their guests can come and go as they please.

The Main floor

Seats up to 40- Available for private parties on SUNDAYS

Our downstairs space is the right choice for most events. With our original tin ceilings, nostalgic pulley fans and original hard woods and exposed brick walls, you get a special venue when you chose beans. In the past we have set it up for art events, music nights, community events, and many, many showers. We work to optimize the space for your event's specific needs. We don't stop there- we also work with you to craft a menu or to have an open coffee bar depending on your needs.

The Loft (upstairs)

Seats up to 15

Our upstairs space is a great place for your meeting or small gathering during our regular business hours. There is a long counter top along the wall with bar stools that makes a great spot to display or place food and drink. There are also tables and chairs to gather around and brainstorm/ talk/ strategize as need be. Please call us for hours and pricing to reserve ahead of time.

Artists & Musicians

Artists– are you looking for a place to exhibit your work? Then you may either bring in a sample of your work through a scheduled appointment or you may send a picture of your work to us at hello@beansonbroad.com. We have a rule of thumb of displaying artwork for one month. Please provide a label for your piece listing your name, contact information, description, and price if for sale. We ask that you handle all questions and selling of your art so that we don’t become the middle man.

Photographers- are you looking for a studio during the rainy or cold seasons? Come bring your clients in and set up however you would like to at beans!
